Farm 1840 is conveniently located in Mechanicsburg, PA. Many hotels are only 7 to 15 minutes away.
Our venue, originally built in 1840 and renovated in 2020, includes a beautifully renovated, climate-controlled barn (heated and air-conditioned), modern and handicapped-accessible bathrooms, a beautifully constructed courtyard, a koi pond with a rock wall foundation, convenient parking, and spacious property grounds.
We also have a beautiful bridal suite for day-of preparations, PLUS a beautiful Chapel on-site! In-door capacity: 206 | Outdoor capacity in Courtyard: 150 seated

We have three areas where you can hold your ceremony (for an additional fee) - in front of the Willow Tree, by our Koi Pond, and in our beautiful Chapel.
You will have exclusive access to our venue for your wedding day. The Venue rental time is 8:00 AM-11:00 PM. The end of the reception is at 10:00 PM. Event time is a total of six and a half hours.
We rent Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (with special discounts available for Friday and Sunday weddings).
